One-Nine-Hundred is a quirky romantic comedy about a guy who is having issues. Peter feels threatened by his girlfriend Wendy's new "day job" as a phone sex operator. Which leads to some uncomfortably funny situations in the bedroom, but that is only the start of Peter's problems. As we see during Peter's therapy sessions with his unorthodox therapist Dr. Dan, Peter's peter has started talking to him. Could it be that this aural hallucination is really trying to tell Peter something?
