An amateur, Max, has accidentally filmed a secret meeting, and is chased and shot. Before dying, he gives the tape to Lisa, his sister, who is now the thugs` target. Those men, led by Lucas Schroeder, are part of a nazi plot. Lisa is helped by Mougin, a reporter working for the same agency as Max.
