Plot / Synopsis "Being an Indian is more than just a simple game, it's a lifestyle. They live in their own camps, following their own rules, choosing their own leaders, living almost democratic and totally free lives, respecting themselves and each others. Or at least this is what they would like to believe." Following the aftermath of the events of 1956, Imre Horváth chose a peculiar way of passive political resistance, when he and his best friend founded an Indian tribe in Zebegény, near the river Danube. The two leaders of the tribe were under constant surveillance by the authorities, collecting evidence for a possible investigation on their activities against the state. The grandson of Imre Horváth, Kishorváth hopes to make his first film based on the story, using his grandfather's notes about the Hungarian Apaches of the 1960s. But there is somebody else in the studio whose family was involved in the Apache story - and he has completely different memories of the riverside indians. Kishorváth sets out to find out the truth...
