Filmmaker Sedika Mojadidi documents her father's work as an obstetrician/gynecologist in Afghanistan, where one in seven women dies in childbirth. Mojadidi observes events at the Laura Bush Maternity Ward in Kabul, then at a remote provincial facility to which women often travel for days to receive treatment.
