塞赫姆什·阿尔通（Seyhmus Altun）(Diyarbakır, Turkey. 1988) graduated from the Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in Cinema and Television in 2011.In 2016, he began his Master's degree at the same university. Having held numerous positions at the Dinamo Istanbul production company, for which he has been working since 2009, in 2018 he moved to Mental Film, of which he was one of the founders. As a director of commercials, he has collaborated with brands such as P&G, Unilever, Mercedes-Benz and Toyota. His short film All Lights We Can’t See (2020) harvested awards at festivals in Turkey, Russia, Italy and Canada. Aldigimz nefes / As We Breathe, his first feature film, was selected for WIP Europa in 2024 with the title of Memento non mori.
