Originally from Lecce, he cultivated his artistic and academic foundations in Ravenna and Bologna before continuing his studies in Melbourne, Australia. Upon returning to Italy, he quickly established a strong presence in the film industry. His debut as a production designer came with Hybris (2015), directed by Giancarlo Maione. In 2019, De Pascali began a prolific collaboration with Indigo Film, designing the sets for Bentornato Presidente, directed by Giancarlo Fontana and Giuseppe Stasi.
