Mamta Kaash was born in India & raised in London as her father was offered a broadcaster, & producers position at the BBC External Services having previously worked for Prithvi Theatre and AIR. Her mother comes from an Indian industrial family & she is related to the great Indian singer,Saighal,from her mother's side.
