皮特·马勒（Pete Muller）Born in 1982, the American visual artist and documentary filmmaker uses photography, film and other media to examine issues related to masculinities, conflict and human ecology. From 2005 to 2020, he was based in the Middle East and Africa where he explored conflict dynamics in post-colonial environments. His photographic work has won numerous prizes. In 2022, The First Wave, which he co-produced, won the Emmy Award for Best Documentary.
