Kathryn Hoxie，Kathryn F. Hoxie, born and raised in Rhode Island, made her way to New York after graduating high school. She attended and graduated from Iona College with a BA in political science and pre-law. Upon graduation, she moved to Florida where she earned an MBA through the University of Phoenix, Maitland campus.
