米夏埃尔·布吕恩特鲁普（Michael Brynntrup）Born in 1959, the artist studied art history, philosophy and fine art. Since 1981, he has created more than 80 film and video works; since 1995, he has also worked in the digital and interactive realms. His work has been presented at international festivals, galleries and museums, including at MoMA in New York. He has received numerous film and media art awards, including the Grand Prix in the German competition at Oberhausen in 1991. He has also published books on Super 8 film and Berlin’s independent cinemas and has been a professor of film and video at the Braunschweig University of Art since 2006.
