Sam Friedman，Composer, songwriter, author and pianist, educated at USC with a BS degree in pharmacy. He was a Pharmacist Mate 3rd Class in the US Navy during World War II, and continued as a pharmacist until 1948. He was vice-president of the Sho-Form Brassiere Company, and joined ASCAP in 1953.
