Cecilia Miljiker was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1977. She graduated from Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires and, after one year and a half of studying medicine, she enrolled in Universidad del Cine to study filmmaking. She also enrolled in Universidad de Buenos Aires to study Communication Sciences.
