Glen Gomez，The second of six children born to Marcella and Lester Gomez Sr., Glen grew up first in the Irish Channel area of New Orleans, then in suburban parts of the city. He graduated in 1974 from West Jefferson High School in the New Orleans suburb, Harvey.
