Elin Ortiz was born on December 14, 1934 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He is a producer and actor, known for El show de Iris Chacon (1972), El show de Charytin (1990) and Noche de estrellas: Premio lo Nuestro 2005 (2005). He was previously married to Charytin and Iris Chacón.
