Jeff Vespa，Jeffrey Meyer was born in Baltimore, MD. He moved at an early age to Roanoke, VA and was raised there. His father is a doctor. His grandfather used to play the organ for silent movies. Both were influences on his love for the movies. Jeffrey is also a working photographer under the name Jeff Vespa.
