托拜厄斯·诺伊尔，After studying film in New York and living and working there for several years, the director, screenwriter, editor and editing consultant now lives in Zurich and Berlin. In 2008, his short film René won the Golden Leopard at Locarno and numerous other international awards. In 2015, he was one of the directors of Heimatland, an anthology film that premiered in competition at Locarno. His feature film Aloys won the FIPRESCI Prize at the 2016 Berlinale as well as other international awards. His essay film Das letzte Königreich premiered at Visions du Réel in 2024. He is a co-founder of the 8horses film collective.
